 ECOENZYME - LIP is a blend of selected enzymes for Esterification of Edible and Non Editable Oils to produce Biodiesel in presence of a suitable solvent system.

ECOENZYME - LIP is specifically designed to act on a wide range of fatty acids derived from various oil sources.  These enzymes operate effectively across a broad range of temperatures and pH levels, making them suitable for various solvent systems at ambient pressure, without the need for extreme temperature or pressure conditions.  Depending on the system, the enzymes can be separated from the liquid phase and recycled back into the reaction system.

Advantages of using ECOENZYME - LIP:

• The enzyme is highly specific for catalysing esterification in low-water and anhydrous organic solvent systems.

• The lipases in our formulation exhibit high specificity and regioselectivity, making them ideal catalysts for biodiesel synthesis

• Unlike chemical processes, the enzymatic application does not require the removal of inorganic salts from the downstream processes.  Therefore, enzyme-based systems are more efficient and precise in converting the free fatty acid content in the starting material to a highly pure product.

DOSAGE

Recommended Dosage: 0.5%-1.5% of the Total Oil Volume, to be optimised based on requirements.
